If you encounter any issues with a FramerHatch template or believe the product to be defective, please contact our support team through live chat or email at info@framerhatch.com.
To help us resolve your issue efficiently, please include screenshots, a brief description, or a link demonstrating the problem.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer full or partial refunds within 14 days of your purchase date.
FramerHatch reserves the right to ask reasonable questions regarding your request and to decline a refund if the claim does not meet our policy conditions.
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
The FramerHatch template is completely non-functional.
You contacted our support team regarding a valid issue and did not receive a response within 72 business hours.
The product description was materially inaccurate or misleading compared to the delivered product.
If any of the above conditions apply, you are entitled to request a refund within the 14-day window.
Refunds Will Not Be Granted If
You changed your mind after purchasing.
You purchased by mistake and access was already provided.
The purchase was made by someone with authorized access to your payment method.
You refused to provide our support team with reasonable access or details required to investigate your issue.
More than 14 days have passed since purchase and you did not contact support within that time.
The product was purchased during a promotion or discount campaign.
The refund request was made while an active discount offer was running on our site (evaluations will occur after campaigns end).
The product was a renewal or upgrade of an existing license.
All discounted or promotional items are non-refundable.
Additional Information
You may cancel your account at any time, but no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
If a refund is approved, you must remove all FramerHatch templates, assets, and components from your projects and refrain from using them in any form.
Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
